Stylish kaiseki cuisine using only local fresh ingredients from Hanase

This ryokan (Japanese-style inn) is famously known for its Tsumigusa (freshly picked) cuisine.  They use fresh ingredients from the local area. They have tasteful furnishings in the guest rooms and works produced by “Kogei-Hanase”, also the sliding screen door paintings drawn by Tomikichiro Tomiriki in the main building.
