New style Tako-yaki for enjoying the best taste of octopus
Tako-yaki is a popular casual food particularly noteworthy in the Kansai region. BROGLD is a tako-yaki specialty shop which extends a warm welcome to everyone. Their typical menu item is “Tako Aji-yaki” (600 yen). Aji-yaki means “rich taste”, and as it says, this kind of tako-yaki needs scarcely any additional seasonings as the piece of octopus inside has a rich taste of its own. Inside is soft and creamy, like a sauce béchamel. “Toro Toro Doria” (rice with octopus and homemade white sauce), “Tako no Tencha” (rice topped with octopus tempura and Japanese broth) and many other original menu items are all good company for Japanese sake. Their homemade ginger beer (300 yen) is a secret popular drink. The Moscow Mule using this ginger beer (600 yen) is also worth trying.
