Juicy home-grilled Beijing Duck and many other tasty dishes from China

Daidengekken’s interior is very unique – An old Western style house and traditional machiya townhouse are connected with each other.  The corridor connecting one building to the other is adorned with a classical Japanese courtyard garden.  Dishes are served in a private room furnished with fine furniture emanating an exotic and nostalgic mood.  What diners must not miss at Daidengekken is their Beijing Duck which is thoroughly grilled in the oven.  It takes two entire days until the duck is ready to be served.  The outer skin is beautifully crispy and savory with blended spices.  A staff member comes to the table to carefully cut and serve the duck.  Also, stir-fried large shrimps, rich and thick shark fin soup, steamed buns containing savory pork and vegetable filling are available with many more options as well.  Try as many kinds of Chinese delicacies as you can.
