Savor the soul of Japanese cuisine while immersed in a magnificent view of Kyoto

The restaurant was relocated from central Kyoto City to Nishigamo; at the foothill of the mountain where one of the bonfires “Funagata” is lit during the Okuribi (bonfires on five mountains held on August 16th).  This Japanese cuisine and sushi restaurant is famous among gourmet people in the know.  The great location allows one to enjoy the overwhelmingly beautiful view of Kyoto City and Mt. Daimonji (another mountain where the light occurs during Okuribi).  This restaurant with such a luxurious location offers just one course of kaiseki cuisine (reservation required).
