Splendid jelly using whole fruits
Cricket has been the famous café amongst locals for many years. Their signature menu item is the fruit jelly that is made only with fine fresh fruit juice and gelatin so that it tastes very fruity and refreshing. The secret is using a minimum amount of gelatin so the jelly remains perfectly soft and bouncy. Add their homemade whipped cream for an additional topping as you like. The jelly is served with a piece of cut fruit and it is recommended to squeeze it over the jelly so that it will become even more fruity. Cricket’s jelly is a very popular gift item.
