Enjoy delicious and beautiful sweets with your five senses
The sweets produced by the owner, Mr. Tsuda, are already so vivid and attractive and, in the shop’s whitish interior, their color stands out even more. Tsuda worked and learned about confectionery in famous shops in France, Kobe and Tokyo, and finally opened her own shop in 2011 when she was 32 years old. His sweets are based on traditional European techniques yet exhibit his artistic originality. One of his popular items is mille-feuille, a cake consisting of layers of crispy pastry and custard cream with Tsuda’s original mille-feuille containing caramel cream. He always prepares about 20 kinds of sweets in the showcase and new cakes appear every season.
