Traditional western cuisine restaurant with good-old recipes, hospitality with a smile
Mr. Yuki Nishizaki is the third generation chef of this restaurant. “I grew up in the kitchen, as if it was like my playground”, he recalls the time being a great favorite of chefs in his childhood. The menu includes orthodox Western cuisine such as hamburger, fried shrimp, beef stew, but surprisingly the sauces, dressings and even the mayonnaise and breadcrumbs are all handmade. The dishes are cooked carefully and are somehow nostalgic, simple but tasty. The restaurant is deeply rooted in the town, some regular customers have been patronizing this restaurant over 50 years.
