    Grill Hasegawa

A wide menu range created by a veteran Western cuisine chef

The owner and chef, Yoshinari Hasegawa, opened his restaurant at the age of only18 and has worked as a Western cuisine chef for 50 years.  His long-term regular customers continue to love eating at his restaurant even after they get married and come with their children.  What surprises diners at Grill Hasegawa is their wide-ranging menu.  Over 15 varieties of just hamburger steak are available. Hasegawa never prepares his dishes before an order is made and only then starts to prepare the meat for the hamburger steak.  Even though the preparation and cooking take a little time, diners never complain as they know it is worth waiting for.  The photo is of the combination of hamburger steak and extremely fresh fried salmon.  Besides typical Western dishes such as fried shrimp and croquette, Hasegawa also serves classical Japanese dishes.
