Original-style bean paste made by a highly regarded Japanese sweets shop
A venerable Japanese confectionary shop, Suetomi, was established in 1893. They opened a new shop in 2012 providing customers their original sweets using a secret bean paste recipe. They offer an assortment of sweets, new-style bean paste bun, the fried-wheat glutinous bread and more. Particularly recommended is the fried sweet bean bun. You will be surprised by its sophisticated taste that goes well with champagne and milk. The shop is located in a great spot facing a historical site, Ichi no Funairi boat slip. You can enjoy a nice view and tranquility as an added pleasure of visiting this shop.
