    Moist and delicious bread made with quality wheat flour and the baker’s passion

    Klore is a popular bakery though it is in the quiet part of Kyoto called Takagamine.  Customers, both local and from afar, come to buy their delicious products.  The Yugone Shokupan (sandwich loaf) is baked after giving a break to the bread dough after kneading the flour with hot water, which helps to create its amazingly moist and elastic texture.  The slight sweetness will surely sweeten you up.  Their baguette, which has a longer fermentation time than usual, and Champagne fermented with natural yeast, are also popular.  A wide selection of bakery products is available such as standard Melon-pan (a type of sweet bun covered with crispy cookie dough on top) and Cream-pan (custard cream filled bun) as well as unique items using lotus root and leek.  You will be sure to find out why this bakery is so popular once you taste their delicious bread and pastries.
