Marutsune Kamaboko is located in the Nishiki Food Market offering a various kinds of kamaboko (fish cake). Adhering to traditional hand-made style using a stone mill, they make genuine kamaboko taking time and effort, therefore producing a natural taste and flavor that is delicious. Not only kamaboko but also original fried products are popular, mouth-watering products called “Potato butter” and “Onion bacon” are very tempting. They are also nice and delicious as snacks. The photo is “Datemaki” (1,000 yen). At the end of the year, they offer colorful kamaboko which are specially arranged for the special New Year’s food.
