    Homely atmosphere and sophisticated dishes attract people to come again and again

    The owner and chef, Moriyoshi Yaguchi, was trained in his Japanese cooking skills in a high-class restaurant in Gion, named Toriimoto.  Yaguchi’s sincere and serious attitude for his work as a chef is reflected in his dishes, which many gourmets don’t hesitate to praise widely.  He buys vegetables from Kamigamo in Kyoto, where he is originally from.  Fresh seafood and local vegetables form a good balance in the course and the volume of every dish is perfect until the end.  The female manager welcomes diners with a warm smile and provides meticulous service.  Prices are relatively reasonable which is one of the keys for diners returning again and again.
