Juicy boiled Chinese dumplings in soup
Rakusenro is a popular Chinese restaurant which also attracts people from the surrounding business area during lunch time. The most popular dish is “Dumpling in Soup” (840 yen for 10 pieces). The owner who was born in Harbin makes the delicious dumplings by hand. Minced pork, Chinese cabbage, garlic chives and fresh shrimp are made into a delicious filling and wrapped in dumpling skins. As soon as you take the first bite, the savory soup will rush into your mouth. Customers can also choose pan-fried dumplings which are equally exquisite. Pop them into your mouth as they are or dip them into soy sauce and vinegar, spiced sesame oil, mustard or garlic. There is no garlic in the dumplings so for those who are concerned, no worries!
