    Teppan-yaki dishes bursting with deliciousness creates a lively and quality mealtime

    The owner, who is a trained western cuisine chef, started this restaurant in 2006.  They offer Teppan-yaki dishes (iron griddle cuisine) using Tanba Beef and other kind of Japanese Black Beef, Kyo-yasai (Kyoto original vegetables), Namafu (wheat gluten cake) and Yuba (soy milk skin).  Since the ingredients are grilled over the 3-cm think iron griddle, the taste becomes fully concentrated during the cooking process.  They offer Japanese style dishes as well as Japanese Italian and Japanese French fusion dishes, making the restaurants popular among both tourists and locals.  Japanese style counter tables have sunken areas beneath the table for the legs and a spacious tatami (straw mats) space for the families with children.  Enjoy a quality mealtime with your family while watching live Teppan-yaki cooking.
