From typical to totally original kama-meshi rice

Takekishi’s specialty is their kama-meshi.  Kama-meshi is a rice dish where individual portions are cooked in a small iron pot.  After enjoying sashimi (raw fish) and grilled dishes, many of Takekishi’s fans order the kama-meshi as their final dish.  Choose one from a selection of about 10 kinds of toppings.  “Koimo & Ojako (Japanese taro and dried small fish),” “Tai (sea bream), ” seasonal bamboo shoots and matsutake mushrooms, and unique paella-style are all available.  They cook each kama-meshi to order, so please expect to wait for a while.  Please inform the staff in advance if you wish to take some kama-meshi home.
