Experienced chef’s hamburger steak loved by Kyoto for many years

Yoshoku Bonjour opened in 1951.  The present chef is the second-generation owner who trained himself as a French chef.  One of the menu items he put tremendous effort into perfecting is the hamburger steak using only extra-fine beef from Japanese black cattle.  He carefully blends different amounts of beef from five different Japanese black cattle breeds to achieve a soft but juicy and meaty hamburger steak that may give a diner the feeling of eating a fine loin steak.  Wine is the perfect partner for this and other dishes.  For the lunch set (Wed.-Sat. only), you can choose one hamburger steak from three options and one side dish from eight options.
